Finally about ready to start Workin on my zuk again.
Trying to decide what to do. I want to run a manual trans to get a few
More hp to the ground.. There simple. No magic is involved .
To put a r150f behind my motor there are a few fly wheel options. 17 lb flywheel , 9 lb flywheel or use any flywheel from a Toyota 3.slow and drill out holes and have it machined. I think the stock 3vze flywheel is around 31 lbs..
Might be a little less after machining some off(to make the starter work)
Possibly the cheapest option.
17 lbs direct bolt on is second cheapest
9 lbs
Is twice as much and seems too ricer for me
I know most guys even iceman are racing autos but I don't have money or knowledge to get/set up an auto I'd be happy with
Also I know like a th400 robs about 40 horse power. But how do autos effect the torque?
Thanks for your help guys
