this is an Advance Adapter 50-0405 kit. which allows a 6-bolt 4l60e transmission to be converted to the old style 4-bolt transfer case bolt pattern. It comes with the adapter, the reluctor wheel for the VSS, and the VSS. the cheapest I have found them selling new for is $252.00, but most places list them for around $300.00
