Ford 3/4 ton springs

Will springs from a 78-79 3/4 ton ford 4x4 fit on a 74 ford highboy? Thanks

I'm not aware of any specific '70s Ford spring experts on the board. I'd imagine if they measure the same as the ones you're replacing, you're in good shape.

Front or rear? The highboys use a narrower front spring then the 77.5-79 lowboys. I belive the highboys were 2.5" and the later use a 3" wide spring.

Exactly. I am building an old Ford now and that is what I have run into.
