Hey--if I skipped every meal that didn't offer gizzards, I'd have starved years ago.

It was all pretty good. Our first trip through the line was only a couple minutes, second trip was more than 20.
My advice, use two bowls on your first trip. You can make them two separate styles, or have the cooks mix the two together when they cook it. That will be more than enough food, and you won't have to wait in line twice.
However, if you watch the line, it has long and short spells.. Just go at the right time.
We really enjoyed it, and will be back for sure
