freeze plugs

need to have freeze plugs replaced on my tj. I have a couple of questions.
1. need a fair and reliable shop to do this.
2. brass plugs or oem steel

Brass. They dont' rust out.

Is the motor in the car or out? If in, can you get to the freeze plugs?

They are easy to replace.

if you can hit them.
