Front Link

Well you know how it goes, you start one project and it effects other items. I have to address the front steering on the cruiser now because the 454 is in the way of the current set up. Now I have opened up a huge can of worms. If I have to redue the steering I might as well link the front (like I have been wanting to for some time) I have looked at several set ups and given the room that I have the best set up for my application is to use radius arms or something like that. I would like to have some input as to what has worked well for you guys. I was also thinking of running full hydro, but it doesn't appear that, that is the best option.

This is Pumpkinbroncs set-up. I helped him build it in 2002 and it has worked/held up well. Just a linked radius arm set up. Check out http://www.akfabshop.com/alaskaoffroad/suspension.htm also. Guy does killer work/ write ups.

I LOVE full hydro. I think Carl would be the best person to talk to about that subject, having going from linked, to full hydro, and back to linked on his latest Buggy.

Maybe he'll start a thread and tell us some of his recent observations and why he would go with either one... hint hint...
