Ive been fighting my hydro all week, I did some more home work last night, & re-plumbed some of my Issues.
I followed PSC's steps for plumbing & bleeding, I can barely even cycle the ram (I have to turn the wheel about 20 full rotations to go L to R ?)
Im sure that there is still air in the system, It just doesnt seem like the pump is doing anything?
I mounted the tie rods last night, & now I cant even cycle the ram???

Ill throw up a couple pics, to show my plumbing & mounting.
If anyone can see something that Im overlooking or that is bassackwards please give me your input!

I also could not find a pic on PSC's website of my RES. My res has the large fitting on the side & the smaller fitting on the bottom.
I just figured the larger fitting would be the one feeding the pump.

I have no clue as to your actual plumbing because I'm far to lazy to check the pics, but common sense would tell me the feed to the pump would come off the bottom of the tank, and the return into the side to let air escape?

On my psc res wich is the same as goose the suction is the larger hose on the side. Maybe you have the feed and return on the orbital backwards?

everything is plumbed right. I checked & triple checked. I bleed it & burped it, for a week like the tech guys told me to do. the damn pump is bad! you wouldnt think that you would need to worry about new parts working??
I plumbed in my yota pump & the steering works fine now.

Good to hear. Glad you got it figured out. I just put a new howe tc pump on mine over the weekend. I spent the extra for the howe pump this time since i"ve already been through 2 psc pumps! Anyways hope they get you a new one quick.
