Full Sized OHV Numbers

Does anyone know how to find a somewhat accurate number for full sized rigs that are licensed as OHV's? i.e. jeeps like mine or custom built buggies.

I am doing some market research and really don't know how to estimate this.

Excellent question.

You could try and estimate based on Pirate threads, or here, and try to extrapolate, but you're going to have a TON of wiggle room in those numbers....

Contact the DMV, it's where I got these numbers:

· The total number of Off Highway Vehicles (OHV) registered in Utah January 1, 2006 –December 31, 2006 and January 1, 2007 – today’s date



o ATV 89047- from July 2006 through July 2007 76092-from July 2005 through July 2006

o Motorcycle 139372, 120329

o 4x4(they included all trucks) 642677, 601894

o Personal watercraft 59448, 58810

o Snowmobile 28394, 28919
