Watch your firewall logs and see how many incoming port scans you recieve on a daily basis.
Just so happens that a lot of the vulnerbilities out there are for Win based systems because that is what is dominantly used out there in the world today. Had Macintosh been the dominant computer on the market with a the majority seat of users, it would be likely that the a majority of the attacts would be targeted toward macs.
