General Grabber Tire Launch at Miller Motorsports Park

Hopefully you all are becoming aware of the cool off road events and activities that are going on at Miller Motorsports Park and the efforts being put forth by them to keep Utah the Off Road Capital of the United States. We recently held the launch of the new General Grabber Tires at MMP. This was an awesome event. General Tire spared no expense on this event. BJ Baldwin was there with his new trophy truck. MMP built him a 2 mile dirt course to take the guests 100 mph and of course he got them airborne as well. There were also 3 trophy lite trucks that the participants got to drive. The participants rolled the trucks 8 or 9 times over the 3 day period. Of course we can't forget the 8 Jeeps that were used on the off road course and on the trail ride. This was an amazing event. The staff at MMP exceded every expectation that General Tire had. A special thanks to the business that helped to make this happen. General Tire and Staff, Vinny and TeraFlex Suspension, Expedition One, Black Rock Wheel, Method Race Wheels, Impulse Off Road, Kurt and Steve from Cruiser Outfitters, Ben from Thunder Mountain and of course the staff of Miller Motorsports Park.

The day consisted of a (2) 2 hour rotations in the morning. 2 hours learning about how the Jeeps work and how to drive off road along with a 15 minute road noise test, then 2 hours spent on a ride with BJ and driving the Trophy Lite trucks, then we had lunch then did on road exercises and rotations en route to the trail head. The off road events were over alittle after 5pm. Then they had Karting tournaments, went on a tour of the Larry H Miller Cobra Museum, then had a gourmet dinner.

Last Feb there were a few guys running grabbers in KOH. They said they worked awesome!

always nice to have another option in the tire market!

It was a great opportunity to participate in the Grabber launch at MMP and show off a slice of our great state as well as a first class motor sports facility. Thanks to John for putting it all together, I hope its something I can be involved in more often!
