I used a router. It works really slick but to get it over the 60 hub I had to use 2 different bits and had to take off a lot of material. My 60 was from a 79 ford. If I had to do it over I would find a way to turn the hub down because the wheels aren't going to last with the amount of material left.
This was just the first step. I don't have pictures of the second step. The second bit took out a 1/2" of material in a reverse chamfer type. I used the bearing off of the first bit though so that it would only take out 1/4" of material.
Also Advanced four drive has made a jig for their lathe to turn them. They charge like $50 a wheel or something to do them.
