Give a hand to the Safety Crews for NASCAR

Watching the Talladega race and Ryan Newman took a wild rife, flupped over backwards and spinning and all. Safety crews on the scene verified Ryan was OK, and took their time to get the car upright before getting Ryan out. Rolling the car back over gently with him still in it. Cur the roof off and Ryan climbed out on his own... Safe cars, but good work for the safety crews....

The rest of the race was boring, the last 10 laps were a bummer for some. I know NASCAR is keeping it safer, but don't think there would have been much more damage if they'd really let them run. Glad Newman is okay.
