I had brunch at a place yesterday in Denver called LoLa's and Witnessed proof that there is a higher power out there..... Jalapeno cured bacon!!!!!!!!! It was fantastic, I'm a believer.

and no, no Chili's in Tooele.. yet. Since they have built approximately 43 new burger places, the Cholesterol Board has probably put a temporary moratorium on any more, until the hospital upgrades their heart stent team.

ya I hear ya. I love burgers, especially bacon bleu burgers and stuff like that one pictured, but I gave them up for the most part trying to eat a little better. On vacation though, I've been known to hammer down a tasty burger but thats about it.
