Though I'd start a thread about going down obstacles .

whats the scariest thing you've ever gone Down ? Was it as bad as you thought it would be?

friday after we did hells we got talking about doing the big hot tub backwards , got me in going Down Moab so Saturday we did behind the rocks and went down high dive and white knuckle,

then Sunday did solo runs on green day and upper heldo and I decided to come down the heldo waterfall

the worst part was trying to get lined up for it my buggy decided not to idle and the day before my brakes pretty much stopped working until the 4th pump every time but the actual dropping Down wasn't bad camera lady started recording a little late

I don't have much to add regarding going down obstacles, but this video I watched after yours had me wondering how the extraction went

Dropping Backdoor at the Hammers is a little pucker for you. Dropping the waterfall on Wrecking Ball is worse IMO though.

Aside from not being able to stop because of ice I think the scariest one I did was on Behind the Rocks. White knuckle hill maybe? Anyway not the craziest obsticle out there but it gave me a seat foam wedgy

I agree, Chewy is not the hardest or scariest obstacle ever but I came down it in a Stock wheelbase TJ (94") definately one of the scarier decents I have ever done. I wasnt to worried it was Meshas Rig....... :D
Haha I don't love coming down that I don't think I'd have the stones to do it with a 94 wb

White knuckle and me don't really get along! I think part of what makes it scary is its a steep hill.. On a hill possibly roll multiple times not just a flop

I drove a friend's ZJ with dicked up brakes down and obstacle called "The Luge" in Martinez Canyon just outside of Phoenix AZ.

There are a handful of videos of it on youtube, some do justice and some don't.
I had the jeep in low range, first gear, AC on max, and practically stood on the brakes... and it turned out to be just the right amount of control... never locked a tire, never had the ABS grab, it was perfect, but the fact that I couldn't make the brakes do anything else added to the fear of the drive down that thing.

It might have been stock wheelbase, but at least it was really tall and on 37s:eek:.

That was so freaking scary. It took us 5 times as long to come down as it did to go up.

Wow, you made down the waterfall look smooth! I have to see if I can find any pictures but going down Prichett had some good ones, the rock pile was a good one and right side of chewy was a tire lifter for sure. I've seen a good stoppie on white knuckle as well, did you turn around and go up white knuckle while you were there?

Chewy is the worst in the mog. Last year on Pritchett, a buddy broke an axle on his Toyota just before rocker knocker, so we decided it was quicker to turn around to go back to town. Pretty scary stuff, but I don't think I raised a tire.
