NOTE:The Spring Safari is, for all intents and purposes a free event.
Your $50 registration fee covers the items purchased for the safari, T-Shirts, Ogio Bags, Dinner one night, raffle tickets for the GPS and Parts drawings etc.. Any additional goes to funding GRE preservation activities. Please visit gold rush expeditions to view details of our most recent preservation effort, the "Save the Old Mill" project.

Gold Rush Expeditions Spring Safari
Memorial Day Weekend- May 26th – 28th, 2006

If you went last year, you know how much fun this is...
This years event will surely surpass all your expectations. Plan on:
* Light camping- in designated sites with some hook-ups.
* Fishing (available- Not mandatory)
* Hiking (Light and Strenous trails available)
* 4wd Treks (for beginners and advanced)
* Spelunking/Mine Exploration (some very old Spanish Mines are on the list)
Registration this year will be $50.00 per vehicle. Included in this registration fee will be:
* T-Shirt for driver
* Hiking pack by Ogio
* Vehicle decals
* Two (2) tickets for a raffle with a spectacular Grand Prize and many other runner up prizes.
* Registration is limited to the first 30 vehicles. (max. 5 persons per vehicle please!!)
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON APRIL 30th at 11:59 PM. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO FINISH REGISTRATION. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS.
