I dont need a body shop I just need somewhere with a frame rack big enough to pull on a 4 door longbed dually. I am looking at picking up a wrecked truck and I am trying to do my research on whats its going to cost to fix before I jump in and buy it.

Any help would be appreciated greatly.

I did the "buy a wrecked truck" 13 years ago and mechanically it is sound, but there are always issues with "other" things that kind of drive me nuts.

Door whistles that always seem to come back. etc...

But mine didn't have frame issues... just something to consider...

I think there is something with the new frames dodge uses where they are unable to streighten them. A friend of mine got hit from behind not much damage visually at all but it bent the frame and they had to replace the entire frame.

his was a 2011

Frame doesn't look too bad. Is the front pass rail bent? If the main rail isn't twisted or kinked, it should be straighten-able. The frame usually needs replaced when it is kinked or smashed.
