Skynet was initially thought to be capable of being shut down if only someone could reach its system core, but ultimately it was discovered that it was nothing more than software that ran by spreading throughout the world's computer networks and had no central point from which it could be disabled (meaning one would have to destroy all computers in the world to destroy Skynet).

Change Skynet to Google and there you have it.

I think I'm going to wait a week or so and wait for the inevitable tales of locked up machines and erased hard drives...

Shoot, I can't even get the wireless in my laptop to work in any flavor of Linux (thumbdrive installs...) so far...

I like it other than it only scrolls down and won't scroll up for me (using the scroll slides on my laptop) which makes it really annoying.

I wish I could access my bookmarks without that big bookmark bar, and I can't find a way to get back to the home page with my frequently visited sites without opening a new tab.

It took me awhile to get used to new tabs being opened in between the one I was reading and the older tabs :guilty:

sucks

google is getting worse than m$, worse in that they log and analyze every step you take on the internet. It's their goal.
