If I am understanding this right, a court's ruling orders Google to give the FBI customer data, ie you and me.

Haha, and incase anyone wonders why I refuse to use Google email, google apps, google phones, etc this is a prime example. I've said it before, Google is a data gathering company plain and simple. The only thing they would have of mine is some web searches.

Pretty sure they are going to appeal it to a higher court. But yes, it's bullshit and scary.
