What is considered a good deal? I really like the Rino 120 that has the 2 way FM radio. It is a sweet GPS that is really easy to operate and has some very cool functions. I think it goes for about $250. I used it all over Iraq with excellent success. It had better accuracy than our millitary pluggers. You are also able to geolocated other people that have the same system w/in a certain distance. The newest ones out were just upgraded with more memory for maps.

just my cents

Anybody seen any good deals on GPS's anywhere?

www.gpscity.com usually has pretty good prices. Sometimes you can find a good deal on Ebay, but when I was looking for mine the difference between a used one on ebay and a new one was only about $20 bucks. I have a Garmin GPS V. It came with the vehicle mount, cigarette lighter adapter, computer cable, and Cityselect map cd for around $315.

I shopped around for a while when I was looking to buy the Garmin Legend. The best deal I could find was Circuit City online. The Legend usually went for $200, Circuit City's price was $180. That's the lowest I could find for a new one. I love that unit, it does everything I need/want it to do. The Rino mentioned above would be great if I knew someone else with one. But I don't, and that screen is a little smaller than the Legend. Just make sure you do your research on which model you want, then shop around.
