Grant Steering Wheel w/ Disconnect

I got a grant model 414 steering wheel for sale w/ quick disconnect. Perfect for a buggy project. Disconnect collar is welded onto 7/8" tubing already, but there is enought tubing there you can cut it off, and put it into 1" tubing and weld it up.
