It's called line rider. You draw lines and the little guy on the sled will ride down them when you push play. Play with it for a second, then search "Line rider" on You tube. Jump the shark.

sweet. Got him to land some jumps. Is there a way of making stright lines? something similar to connect the dots?

To make stright lines, place the pencil where you want to start your line. Click both mouse buttons at the same time, then release. Place your pencil where you want to end the line and left click.

The direction you draw the lines will determine how the sledder will react to them. Lines drawn from left to right will be treated like a floor, and line drawn opposite will be treated like a ceiling. This is why the sled will fall through some lines and not others.
