wow its crazy how different the trail can be in a week. I went the week before this and it was muddy and wet and a steady stream down the whole trail.

Yes, my memory card was mostly full when I set out on this trip; I didn't know that until the camera told me it was completely full and shut off.

Anyway, I did get a few photos at the beginning. I kinda laughed at how we invaded the Maverik gas station:

We even spilled over onto the parking lot next door:

Anyway, off we went. The Land Cruiser was in the lead, and being doorless would prove to be a drawback almost immediately. At the first huge rock in the path, he managed to get wedged when the rock protruded into the passenger compartment:

After pushing, strapping, winching, and more we were able to get him off the obstacle. I gotta hand it to him, though--the new body damage mixes right in with all the old body damage. You can hardly see a difference. ;)

Dallan showed the correct way to take that line by putting his tires on the rock rather than next to it:

Not long after, we came to the rock steps. Sadly, more carnage ensued. Here we see the rock performing origami on the Cruiser's front fender:

Those were the last photos I took, as my memory card was now full. :(
