Thank you all.

And yes it was one year. However I didnt hit the 150 pounds lost quite yet. I got to 146 pounds lost though so it was close. Saturday night I was having a pre-celebration for my b-day with my brother who is going to be out of town all week. I caved in and decided that The Pie sounded too good to pass up!

I had my "photo shoot" on Monday and will post up the pics when I get some time. I am enjoying my well deserved break from the diet and I am going to take full advantage of pasta, beer, and bread until Monday the 22nd. As of Monday I am going to focus the next year to building muscle and filling in some of the loose areas. I cant do anything to avoid having a little surgery at some point in my life to remove some of the excess skin, but I really want to try and fill as much of it in as possible with lean tissue growth. Overall my new focus will be roughly 70/30 macro for my new regiment. 70% strength training, building, and 30% fat loss/maintenance.

Oh and I am currently accepting sponsors!:D

Thanks again all.
