Main purpose is to so a blitz run to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, for some much-needed artifying and to gawk at the samurai stuff. And I will be going to a couple galleries, and the Strand's rare book department! woo hoo

Sunday I'll be having lunch somewhere uptown with some friends and then it's back on the plane.
