Hey everyone! My name is Brian. I live in provo, 21 years young and hooked on the outdoors! J-Dubs Brother for those who know John. As far a vehicles go, i helped restore my current 1980 CJ-5. Rundown on its parts:
Stock rebuilt 4.2 with Fuel injection conversion
Throttle body spacer and aftermarket intake
8" of lift (too much) 4- springs, 3"- body and 1" shackles.
Spring under, Dana 20 rear-locker, and Dana 30 front open
Swapped in rebuilt 5 speed tranny
Twin stick transfer case
Full cage
Recent wrangler power brake conversion-Love it
4.56 gears? Not sure on that
and other upgrades.
Looking to do in the near future
Tube fenders
Power steering swap
Repaint
Hardtop
Lower a bit
Sorry for the crappy pic. Will get some action shots soon.
I live near slate canyon, so love to mess around up there whether its wheeling, or biking. Recently started as Mechanic at Bingham Cycles on center in Provo. Loving every minute of it!
Also, i had wheeled my Subaru quite a bit before i got my jeep back. Here is some pics of it stuck at the dunes! Pretty capable little wagon.
Happy to be on the forum and looking forward to wheeling with everyone this summer
