Help: I need a computer nerd

A nurse I work with is trying to keep her 15 year old son off the naughty websites but he is somehow able to override her administrator status and reset all the settings. He even made himself the admistrator and put her down to standard user (little punk). How can she change her status back to administrator. He won't give her his password and won't change the user options.

As a computer geek and a parent, the best thing to do is confiscate the computer. No password = no computer.

I think it would be funny to edit his host file and point some of his more common bad ones to something of your choosing. C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Seriously, she needs to grow a pair and take ALL access away from him.
1rst: Access to a computer out side of homework is a PRIVILEGE!! Not a right.
2nd: A child should ONLY have access to a computer in a public area of the
home. A computer behind closed doors is inviting trouble!
3rd: If she wants to see what he has saved, install Picassa. It will search the
entire harddrive for ANY image files and display them neatly for easy
viewing. I used to have a special program for this, don't need it anymore
thanks to google!
4th: Get my # from Cody, I am more them happy to chat with her, and refer
her to some help if wanted.
