Help I need fixed before MOAB

I have an 87 4 runner on a 85 chassis that I recently got from ANDY on this forum, I have recently gone out and broke my first part.. ( well I finished breaking it ). On the front axle on the left side ( I dont know part names yet ) There is a piece at the outermost part of the axle that obviously has a blown seal because any time I turn the front tires there is a rush of fluid coming out. On that piece there is supposed to be four bolts holding the steering arm to the knuckle and the front two bolts are missing or have sheared off. What is the right way to fix both my leak and my missing parts? Like I said I am new to this so all the help anyone can give me will be appreciated.

i would think that you broke your birfields. i just did the same thing. if you where goin through deep mud or up a steep hill when it broke it is probably one of the inner axleshafts or birfield. or both, i broke all four up front when i put in my locker.

If you are loosng fluid you may have a larger problem than just a broken birfield. Sounds more like you have a broken steering knuckle.

ya sounds like you broke off the bolts for the trunion bearings. which could cost ya. haha prollly just disassembly and some new studs might have to drill and tap depending on where it broke. take it apart and take pictures.
