Help me diagnose this

I have noticed over the past few rides that the air boot on the filter side, is collecting fluid and or moisture of some kind. I have attempted to smell to see if is fuel but it has been inconsistent to the typical strong fuel smell.

Yesterday I then notice a much larger "pool" of fluid at the air screw. This had a much more fuel smell to it, but not as strong as One would think.

Here are a few pictures. Notice how the rest of the carb appears to be "dry" compared to the symptomatic area:

Hmm not sure. Out of curiosity how many turns out is your fuel screw? From the pics it looks like it's out pretty far... Maybe fuel is seeping out of there?

Maybe 2 I will have to double check. It's a new screw set if that matters
