Help Needed in Draper

I am looking at doing a trade on my Suburban that I have for sale. I am in Idaho, the possible trade is in Draper, UT.

It is an 89 Runner with a 3.4 motor swap and other goodies. Is anyone in that area familiar with toyotas and swaps that would be willing to go check it out for me and give me feedback before I drive 250 miles to trade him?

Photos are looking pretty good but I don't want it to be junk.
