I have a used Hi-Lift jack for sale. The top clamp/clevis is missing, but a new one could be easily fabbed, or I'm guessing that a new one could be purchased. Basic lifting operation of the jack is unaffected by the missing clevis, but there are certain pulling/clamping functions that the clevis is required for. Comes with a clamp/bracket that could be used as part of a mounting system.
