Myself, and Cheapzuk (Plus a few friends from other boards) went through Rattlesnake today.
Just your typical day nothing super exciting, but every time I go out there I come home with more and more garbage. Its really pissing me off.
Why cant I catch these fockers in the act?
I picked up 4 peoples left over Wendy's bags, cups, burger wrappers. About 30 beer cans, f*cking bottles, and someone actually left a canopy umbrella to a picnic table.
To say the least, I spent a lot of time today picking up someone elses trash.

I am sure most of us here know whre I am coming from and probably experienced that too. So please, if and when we catch these assholes please bury them out there. With a little effort on your part these **** suckers wont be found by the police in a long time. :D

Well you can yell at me if you want. I was helping someone fix their rig that was dead half way through, and forgot to pick up a pop can I had thrown on the ground (my rig was 100 yards away) while I was under the hood working on it.

It was a simple oversight though honest.....

Cody picked it up 2 minutes after you set it down. I remember you mentining that you intended to pick it up when yo were done, so I don't think you have anything to worry about. :)

I was just out there recently, after you, and noticed a canopy umbrella as well. Those things must be everywhere!

Saw that too! There were a lot of beer cans and Red Bull cans at the staging area right off the highway. We picked up what we could...

Yeah, I am not here to judge, I just think that conservation is everyones job. It isnt a big deal to bring a trash bag.
1 pop can in a situation isnt bad, but its when I see a hundred or so pop cans or beer bottles where it is obvious that the people didnt have any concern for the land. This trail to closer to my location and it would suck to see tree huggers close it down because of some littering.

Yeah I dont see how people could just toss stuff out, or just forget it. I know it sounds corny, but lets be like boyscouts, and make the place cleaner than it was when we got there. It only takes a few seconds to hop out and grab some garbage. Dont think that someone else who cares more will do it. Anyone who thinks that, needs to get there head checked.

At the waterfall on RS on friday, I dug some good holes, I went as far as to even put some dirt back in the holes/ruts I dug.

Thank you!

It is so nice to see people concerned about our trails. I know some teenagers who are new to the sport (after just getting their licenses) and some of them have the mentality of who cares about the laws and rules, I will just go where ever I want. I have talked to them time and again explaining that it is exactly that kind of attitude that gets our trails closed down everywhere we turn. I guess we just have to keep educating and coaching. Thanks again.

Your welcome. I know some people on here are probably just laughing at me, but I think it takes bigger balls to stand up for something rather than sit back and laugh.

When I go wheelin, I have been known to be the guy that gets out and picks up garbage. I usually go last in a line because there have been times when I stop to pick up garbage, and the guy behind me almost hits my rig.
Its usually a friend so i just spit on his hood and tell him to pay attention.

The only thing I am guilty of, and I am just being honest here, is that i dont go back and fix every hole or rock that gets moved by my tire. I stay on the approved trail, and dont drive on land that isnt intended for our use, but I just have never seen the point of moving a ock on an approved trail...
I dunno, maybe I should, I am not judging, just never concidered it.
