Homemade Salsa recipes?

So what am I supposed to to when people in my neighborhood give all their unwanted garden crap. LOL

I got 3 tomatoes which we hate tomatoes. Then a bunch of peppers, hell ya! An onion. Garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin.
I came up with this.

Pretty hot. But pretty good.

What do you have for recipes? I still have a bunch of peppers.

I think the best recipes are the ones you put together on the fly. I had one that was puréed in a blender with apricots and it was hot yet sweet. I have a formal recipie at home if you need it or don't get one. I'll send it to you via a photo text if you'd like it. Pm me your number.

Just throw crap together. Taste it and add more crap if you don't like it. Taste again and repeat as necessary. Removing is more difficult though so use caution

I think i might need more tomatoes. The tomato to onion ratio is too low. I used 3 tomatoes and 1/2 an onion. I think i may need one more tomato.

I smoked the tomatoes and anehiem peppers for 15minutes in my masterbuilt smoker at 270 degrees with hickory and it turned out perfect. My first couple batches were with some vine tomatoes but I have learned now to use romas for more meat and less juice.
