Horizontal propane tank

It was in the back of a diesel truck that had propane injection. It is 3 feet long and 1 foot across. It would work great for a propane powered rig. It even still has some propane in it.

Don't have pictures right now.

Holy cow I have no idea. How do I figure that out? I never have used the tank, but it does look pretty old. It came from a friend that didnt need it any more.

should be stamped on the top part of the tank, where all the other information is. on mine, it is in about the middle of the plate on the right side and says "04-06" so april of 2006. They are good for 12 years before needing to be re-certified
