I'm going to say mine weighs between 3100 and 3200 lbs. It is a fairly educated guess, but not a certainty.

I'd have to guess... about.... 5400? Fullsize Blazer w/60/14bolt. That's based on MBryson's 4480# CJ/YJ/TJ/GM. :D

Changes since weighing mine = the following....

1) moving from about 70% tread 37" Toyo MTs to 40" Kevlars

2) swapping the YJ grille/hood for the MB grille/bondo sculpture hood/tube fenders

I'd imagine I've gained some weight since, is what I'm saying.

4520 before the 4 link and I did change the wheels and tires. Same sized tires but, went from IROK's to Rockers. I also changed the wheels from 15" steel beadlocks to 17" aluminum beadlocks. I may be around 4700 to 4800 lbs now.

HA when I weighed mine w/ D44's and no doors it was 5340lbs

I've since added a lot more tube, D60 and other odds and ends. My guess is I'm pushing 6000lbs now

Surprised, Mine weighs 4200lbs.

That's with hardtop and hard doors, it weighs a ton, my rig is a race car when it is off.

About 9500 lbs with spare and trail gear.

Damn I thought I would win at 6500lbs

That was the weight from a brake skid test a few years back with about 1/2 tank of gas (30 gallon tank)

(btw that does technically exceed the GVW of the truck)

87 bronco, 460, np435, np 203/205(200 lbs), d-60, gm 14 bolt (with drums)
massive skid plates, way too many tools and a bunch of extra parts...

I am great to have on the trail... unless my rig brakes or gets stuck... ask rondo about the pritchett run of 09 (or as I call it "winch fest 09")

so you can see why we are going to build a xj this winter ;)

(which of course I will end up having the heaviest xj around too...)

EFI 460 FOR SALE SOON!
