I do. It's more convenient for quick shots that I just want to post on Google+. It's also good for when the regular camera battery is dead.

i do since i seem to have my phone with me more often than my camera, plus my phone is 8mp and my camera is 5mp just haven't messed with any HDR on it yet. still messing with camera apps to find one i like.

I do it to record my gps to a photo, and also to catalog my shoots online. It's tricky to keep the noise out with such small sensors!

My HTC phone takes better pics than some of my digital cameras... It's an 8 MP camera as well.
