Then again, what do I care??
Not once, but twice I have been passed by the vehicle I was towing. First time was swerving to miss some ass changing lanes. Car came off, and I did a pit manuver on it to stop it before it hit anyone else. I even impressed myself with that move.
The second one wasn't so pretty. Dodge Durango. Had a dead battery when I went to load it. I jumped it, and was headed for the auction. I didn't want to jump it again at the auction, so I left it running in neutral (first mistake). I was in a hurry, and only going about four miles, so I only put one strap on it to save time (second mistake).
As soon as I hit 15 mph, the Durango's traction control came to life! It drove it's way right off my truck, and straight into a Trax station parking lot. Luckily for me, a tree stopped it before it hit a bunch of parked cars. The Durango didn't fare so well though.
If you happened to buy a used Durrango from the auction 3 years ago, sorry bout that!
