how to strengthen lca brackets

i need some ideas on how to box my lca brackets on my dana 30.
does anybody have any good ideas and hopfully some pics?

Talk to mbryson he just did some work on his recently. I think he moved them up so they don't hang down and drag over everything.

i did see what mr. bryson has done to his brakets but that wont work with my long/radius arm set up, i need to strengthen the brackets so they dont bend. I think i may have bent them a lil allready

Should just be able to plate the bottom/front.
Extend the the plates out farther on each side to distribute the load. And maybe some gussets for good measure.

just build some new ones out of square tube... shouldn't be too hard, just make them the same length. i don't know why you would want to reinforce the crappy stock ones when you could just make new ones super-easy. i never had any problems with my factory ca's, they took such a beating. but now, if i was to upgrade them, i would just build new ones.

p.s. you should just take them off, all they do is get in the way...right hahaha
