Hydraulic Hand Pump

So I need to refill this port-a-power with hydraulic fluid since it has been sitting for years. Is the screw I'm pointing to where I put it? How full do I go? It doesn't have any markings on it. If I undo all the plugs on the front and dump it all out will that help make sure the pump is clean or will that just make it a mess? It goes to my press. Any thoughts?

Drain the old fluid into a cup, and fill it with that same amount of new fluid (assuming it hasn't been leaking).

That's a good idea. It doesn't look like it has been leaking just really dirty. It has probably never been changed.
