what is the most important parts of matching the componants for hydraulic steering if anybody know please help

Well, really you just have to get the right ram. Make sure the ram you get has the right stroke for your steering system. You also need to choose a bore size. 1.5" seems to be what most people are using.

Getting the right ram is probably most important. 1.5" bore is the most popular, and either 6 or 8" stroke, depending on your steering setup.

IMO a ram is the easy part trying to find the "right" orbital valve was the hard link for me!!

are you talking full hydro or just hydro assist? If full hydro you need to match up the orbital to the ram...they are a system and work best when their specs match...if you are talking about assist then just finding the correct ram is the most essential part...either way give Rocklogic a call, they can get what you need I'm sure
