You'll want to take the 215 exit on the north side of town and bypass the traffic....

You can avoid that entire section by taking Old Highway 91 which is ~1 hour detour assuming all things equal, perhaps more with at trailer? However assuming traffic is flowing even at 45mph through the one lane of the Virgin River corridor, it won't be faster.

Sorry....your right! There is also construction in Vegas, if you are traveling during the busy times of day(7-9am, 3-5pm) you might want to take the 215 bypass around Vegas also....
