That'll cost ya. I sawed off 1/2 my thumb nail and the entire end of my thumb, working late at a pizza place and I looked up at the clock just as I started slicing a tomato.. with a bread knife LOL

That hurt for about a year.

It is just enough that they can't sew it back on. Bled f o r e v e r . I was using one of those mandelins (sp?) the flat thing that slices thin and took a 1/2 inch by 1 inch by 1/8 in slice off.

I did that not long ago at work sorta, Except I took a chunk off the side and they couldn't sew it up.
Got a nice scare and if I bump it just right it hurts like hell.

here's the sweet one I did a few years ago. Was cutting 1/2"x1/2" rabbets in some frames, tired... slipped off the sawdusty wood right into the shaper.

Of all the injuries I've gotten, that was the first one I looked away from. Got two fingers, bled like hell. I am still finding blood spray in the garage LOL
