both were smoked with apple for 4.5 hrs

I need to try to make some soon in my masterbuilt or once my trailer is done. I have been going to Days market and have been filling my chest freezer in preparation of finishing this trailer of mine.

Costco, but Sam's has them as well. And you could probably get the meat counter at most grocery stores to order one for you.

the dry cure took 10 days. You'll need #1 curing salt (salt + 6% Sodium Nitrite), salt and sugar
smoked at 200* until internal temp hit 150*, took 4.5 hours to smoke, I left apple chunks in the whole time.
