I have one that ran great until the pull cord broke, had a tune-up last summer and has the bagger. Not sure if the propulsion works though, free if you want it.

I have really nice Torro (yes we have the bag.) Probably about 10 years old, but only used for few years before went to a riding mower. Not free, but would let go for fair price. It is in Grantsville, or I could bring it with me to work in Salt Lake.
