i need a tire carrier fabbed up QUICK!

holy crap i don't why i put this off till now but i did. i need someone to fab up a rear tire carrier for my TJ before April 9th! It has a Bulletproof Mfg rear bumper set up for their way overpriced tire carrier. i want something very similar to BBowski82's found here with a rockstomper or equivalent spindle and this latch . if someone in the Provo/Orem/SLC area (i'm hoping for vonski @ rocklogic4x4) can do this before the 9th please let me know! i'm looking to spend no more than $350.

Sure, come on by for the hinge. We'll have to check out the welding stuff. If it's too involved, we may not have time due to large amounts of pre-EJS work.
