this is the bfe road gap.. both my lower a-arms are bent real bad and the forward most ifs support bracket (the one welded to the frame) is bent, i need to get this truck back to working condition before delta any ideas?
i dont want to sas. i dont think its neccisary and it will cost me points in delta. i was thinking about cutting the old bracket off the frame and weling in an "ifs drop bracket" from an ifs lift

I talked to craig about my SAS and he dosent even care but the tech inspector did so it would be a 15 point if rob went that route. Rob what about making a custom cross piece out of 2x2 1/4 inch thick tube with brakets on the end for the a arms to bolt to, very beefy and tough

rob, I have some IFS parts still....I'll go check.....yep, I have the lower arms. I kept them because they're still attached to the hub assembly which I'm planning on using for the IFS hub swap to my 'runner. They're yours if you want them!.....calling you....now.

Well, just as I got done pounding the Ifs back together and got it all working again i realized the driveline seemed to fit a little looser than it used to... Which made no sence because it SHOULD be a tighter fit with the Ifs pushed back... Well upon closer inspection here's what I found...

So with the tcase out I figured I would add in a little secret weapon for delta the Ifs should like front dig...
