I've seen other guys do this, I hope it's ok to post this here.

I need help! I got nominated to be one of the contestants in the current 4Runner Of The Month poll on Toyota4Runner.org, and I'm losing badly. One of the site sponsors just revealed that they are giving away a free set of Rigid lights to whoever finishes 4th place. I was solidly in 4th until this announcement, and I'm fairly certain the 3rd place guy (a friend, so it's all good) has gone to his local forums for help because all of a sudden I'm getting votes like crazy.

So what I need is for people to go here: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/general-discussions/125445-t4rotm-october-2012-a.html ... and NOT vote for me. Vote for SVDude! Keep me in 4th place! :D :D :D
 
Naw, the sponsor threw out a surprise prize for the last place finisher in the poll just before this, for the 5th gen trucks. This time he's offering it to the second to last place finisher, and he announced it a day ahead of the poll closing in order to watch us scramble, I assume. Maybe next time it goes to the second place or first place guy, I don't know what his plan is. But it's fun to be trying desperately to finish fourth place, and if I succeed, hey, free lights! :D

Dude's a professional, and he's good. I'm worried about losing to him like I'd be crushed if I didn't win a 100m dash against Usain Bolt. :D
