Boyce might have some old drums they would give you. But since they just moved and cleaned everything up it might be slim pickings.

Well, I didnt get any pics tonight. I started working on the rear suspension. I decided Im just going to run my leafs for now. Problem is I needed 5" of lift so I cut the mounting brackets off and moved them down as far as I could. Im working on the rear hangers right now. My guess is I will need a 2" block in back to level it out. Im just going to make the block and the perch out of some sqare tube. This will save me a few hundred bucks and A LOT of time fabbing a link suspension right now. Im hoping tomorrow to basically be done with the back suspension. I will be sure to get some pics tomorrow

In reguards to the rear suspension, you will need to have some sort of traction control or links. The reason is because the Rockwells are a top loader design and they develop a tremendous amount of axle wrap. Adding a block to the rear axle will only add to this. Just something to think about. Oh, and get some pictures up!

Cheston,

Will the tires contact the leafs (since you're running rear steer)?

Project looks good dude. :greg:

Im sure I will need something. I might try to re-use my old traction bar. Just have to see but it will get something.

I dont have the tires here yet but my intial tape measure guessing is I will have a couple inches to spare because of the hubs being run flipped out. I am going to have to narrow my rear bumper and probably cut and move a bar on the cage but nothing to major.

Today has been a bust so far. I had a job interview this morning and I ran to Provo to talk to Byron and look at the Waggy a little closer to see how he is running everything. Hopefully I will get a couple hours in tonight.

I did get most everything for the back tacked in tonight. These pics are before I cut the spring perches out. I got some square tube from Metal Mart. All the back needs now is U bolts and a bunch of gusseting.

I will do some sort of anti wrap bar as well

I sure wish I was setting up links tho :-\

Only good news is I need some money. I havent worked for awhile.

I sure wish people would start buying houses again :-\

Working does take its toll on projects but, it is really hard to have projects without some sort of an income for support. Take it all in stride. Get things done when time permits. It will all work out in the end.

Wow that thing is going to be HUGE when do the growlers come in?

Im hoping I can afford the Growlers soon. Might be awhile tho but I have other plans until then. Hopefully I will be able to post pics soon :greg:

I had to work all day again today and Im not a Sunday worker. Very depressing.

The worst part is my 2 week paycheck is going to be about what I used to make in one day :-\

Hopefully I will get to work on the ol girl again soon
