Tara and I were recently in LV for a short vacation, and happened upon this exhibit at the Tropicana.

Very cool, very educational. They have taken actual human bodies, and preserved them with polymers injected into the muscle and other tissue. They have every system in the body in stand-alone displays, everything from veins and arteries to the reproductive system. At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted to see it, but Tara really digs this stuff, so I went along. By far the coolest experience we had while we were there.
I think my favorite part was the complete, head to toe, human skin, complete with fingerprints and facial features.
If you are in LV, I highly recommend checking this one out. It's really not gross or anything, it's set up more like you would expect a medical school display to be like.
