Stolen from Shane in the RME EJS 2010 thread. Had to trust my spotter (Shane) on that one

From a post in a thread titled, "your kiddos pics". Four years later not much has changed.

12 hour trip on Upper helldarado. I rolled over and my bro. swung around to winch me up and in the process ripped off his knuckle. Had to make a trip to Colorado to buy a whole front axle. The second pic you can sort of see his broken wheel. Needless to say both of us only run kingpins now.

I could dig out the original and see if it is dated, if not I know that I posted a thread about it here on RME. It has to be 2003 if I recall correctly.

...Anyone care to give a short history of the conquering on Eagle's Nest?

As you can tell it looks nothing like what it does today, in its original form it would never have been driven in fact we had to spend hours moving rocks just so a rig could get its front tires on the face. That is Tracy Evans in the pic, it was Tracy, Brandon Gillen, Kevin H, Sully, myself and a handful of others out there for a full day of fun...

There's already a bunch of classics in here, I love seeing them!

This is one of my favorite attachments... Chris Holley putting his Early Bronco in a bind down in St George at the old Competition area.

And almost any attachment from UPG is hard to NOT like... here's Braden, fogging for mosquito's.

Yeah, that was the winch hill from Upper Proving Grounds. Amazing trail, I never had a rig that was worth taking thru there and when with friends, I was usually nervous for them.

UPG was hardcore, it was a world-class trail.

Maybe Shane should have been spotting my wife. This is what my wife did on that obstacle going the other direction on her first time driving in Moab. I was impressed when she did not give up and eventually made it up the obstacle.
