... worked with anyone who actually had OCD, until now. :eek: Very interesting. He randomly taps his head (5 times) after finishing a sentence. He did that about 7-8 different time thru the day yesterday. I don't think I would have recognized it, but I watched a documentary on OCD a few months ago. It's a strange disease.

I work with a guy that has OCD..... He clicks his pen--ALOT!!! He takes cheese samples every hour on the hour from every line in the plant, and if someone "accidently" :)rofl:) hides one of his samples he becomes extremely aggrivated.... :rofl: Ha ha sucka! Wait it's not funny :sick:

We expanded recently and nearly doubled our employee count. At one point almost anyone off the street could get a production job... So yeah there are some strange people here. Lucky for me I just hideout in Maintenance and avoid them altogether :D

When I was a teenager I worked at a school next door as a janitors helper. There was a teacher there who had OCD really bad. Every day it took him about an hour to park his old Maverik. He would come extra early so he could have his spot, he would turn off the car then turn everything in the car on then off again to make sure he didn't leave anything on. After that he would get out of the car look at where the car sat relative to the parking stripes, if it wasn't perfect he would get back in pull the car out of the stall then back in again. Then he would start over again turning everything on then off again. Once that was done he would get out and check the stripes again. He would then start the whole cycle over again. Usually after about 40 minutes he would almost make it to the door of the school before walking back and doing it all over again. The only way he ever made it into the school was when other teachers started to show up and he would have to go in. In his class room the desks and garbage can made marks in the carpet and he would require us to put everything back so that the marks lined up. When we were feeling obnoxious we would shift everything in the room by an inch. I really had to feel sorry for him.

I served with a kid from Hyrum who was afraid of water(specifically tap water), due to possible lead counts.. he stayed away from fish for the same reason. he was freaked out of lead poisoning. about 4-5 times a day he was get some paper towel, run it under the sink, and wipe his lips over and over.. repeating that about 4 times in one sitting. He was cleaning off any possible lead that accumulated on his lips.. I asked him one time why, if he's so freaked of lead in the water, that he cleans his lips with the tap water? he said he wonders that alot too, but he just has to do it.. actually, he'd wash his lips if even his hand or his finger touched them.

you should've heard him talk about his fear of lead, and car batteries :) i always wanted to put one in his bed..

Dunno, he's from Hyrum. He must have been from around the area with the meat plants to be that out of it.

Depending on which way you go, you'll go through at least one other town to get to Logan from Hyrum.
